I just want to take a moment to thank Acasa for helping my family. We did not know what we were going to do. They were very patient and understanding with my dad. My dad is not the easiest person to take care of.
This is my experience with this company and all statements are my opinions. I had to get to this location but my phone WiFi wasn’t working as I was not getting the best service and the location details/images of the building were not loading on my phone, so I called for help to verify I was at the right place. In my opinion the lady who answered seemed frustrated that I was even asking questions about the directions and just loudly said “Suite B!”. ACASA Senior Care has been wonderful to work with! Their management team is excellent—always responsive and willing to accommodate any schedule changes to the best of their ability. I have had two different caregivers, and both were absolutely amazing—caring, professional, and attentive. My parents absolutely love their current caregiver!
