Just finished my CPO course at Acapulco Pools in Kitchener. Codi is a fantastic instructor—very clear, professional, and helpful. The course was well-organized and the location was convenient. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the pool or aquatics industry.
This was an incredibly informative. I highly recommend it, the staff were welcoming and really nice people. Cody’s experiences and stories of her many years in the pool industry brought a richness to my understanding of the processes and steps in pool maintenance and operation.
Dorian, Codi, and the Acapulco team as a whole are absolute lifesavers for our waterpark. They consistently help us navigate tough situations and keep our operations running smoothly. Their professionalism and expertise are second to none. They are always quick to get back to us, whether we have a simple question or an urgent need for assistance. We highly recommend them for their reliable and trustworthy service.
Bad experience all around. Went to this pool store to get our water tested and to get some advice on what to do. They acted like we were an inconvenience to them the entire time. After getting our water tested they tell us it’s going to be 6-7 steps and take 5 days to clear. All these steps would cost an absurd amount. It’s like they were trying to take advantage of the fact we are not knowledgeable.
