Just checked in and so far it's an amazing place. The staff was so accommodating to us. They checked us in early and even had a bed for our baby girl. The view is great and couldn't be happier. Will definitely be coming back here!
have been here multiple times and this visit was not so good had three rooms in our party and one room had bugs and one room unable to open patio door and general maintained not done lights not working and housekeeping not complete leaving no towels one day then takeing out trash and not leaving trash can pool was allways ready in am for use pool deck littered from night before not cleaned and ready overall seen much decrease in hotel operations its sad this is a great property
First room was moldy, the mini fridge was disgusting and barely worked, and the toilet ran every 3-5 minutes very loudly. Finally got moved to an acceptable room after several calls. Ramon was awesome, the only good part of the experience. The final straw was coming back into the room at 530 to shower and get to our 700 dinner reservations. Housekeeping had not left us towels that day so I called the front desk. An hour and a half later I had to go get pool towels because they still couldn't bring us real towels. Never again!!! Reported running toilet, never fixed. Only amenity was WiFi, and domestic dispute next door!
I love it it's cool i love it it's safe to little kids have there on pool it has a spa and a pool for grown up and bigger kids
Had a Wonderful stay here. The staff was great and the view was amazing :)
