Elevators have broken maybe 7 times in the last year (broken right now). Locks are currently broken on Corson St entrance, so we cannot use one side of the building. Fire Alarm every few months. Car has been broken into multiple times. No longer any water fountain as was advertised. It was paved over. 1st offer to renew lease was about 8% increase. A/C doesn't cool my apartment below 80.
Acappella Apartemnts are located in a great area! I would definitely recommend to anyone I know for sure. These beautiful apartments aren't far from restaurants and shopping; less than an 5 minute walk and right by the freeway. The residents in the apartment complex are friendly and area is peaceful. I move in Acappella Apartment 10 days ago,the first impression that people here are friendly and very helpful. It makes us feel like home as me and my family come here from very far away. People of leasing office are awesome and professional. Special thanks to Miss Jennifer and Mr. Andrew.
I LOVED living here. Linda is an awesome, caring & personable manager. Acappella is always clean, maintenence is always quick & correct and the neighbors are so friendly and respectful. Linda has really created a warm and welcoming family at Acappella from staff to residents. I miss living here!
