Went in to get queso and salsa to go. Spent $7 on a large queso that came with one small bag of chips and then asked for the salsa and was informed the queso doesnt include salsa so I bought the salsa that was another $4 for a large but then found out my salsa doesnt come with chips it would cost extra. Keep in mind of I would bought the $4.50 lunch special I would have gotten salsa that included the chips with it. A paying customer is still paying and if they are paying for salsa chips should be included with that purchase.... read more
Our go to restaurant for all our family celebrations. We love the salsa. We love the white queso. They are always so kind. Birthdays, going away parties, graduations. We are here.
Customer service was crap! I understand we are in a Mexican restaurant but you need some bilengul staff. It's rude as hell you can't even answer a question prooerly. When you ask for more salsa or chios.. they act like you stealing from them and it's out of there way to go and get you more chips. Wasnt even busy and couldn't get water refills. Won't ever be back . Horrible customer service. I had a to go order for 2 and they gave a very small bag of chips and gad an up charge for more chips. I even added to my order but they still wanted to charge for the chips.
Best Mexican food in Northwest Arkansas no one beats their salsa!
We found a bandaid in our fajita meal! When we told the manager she wasn't even shocked! (Like it happens all the time) I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone that doesn't want a used bandaid in their food.
Hot salsa was on fire in a good way. Entree was excellent. And u cant beat 99 cent drafts during happy hour.
