I would have appreciated a cost estimate and a clearer communication of how much was billed each session. The treatment was good but they will hand you a huge bill at the end without prior notice. I did not have the feeling of having any choice.

I am a nervous patient. I often times need work done at appointments. The doctor was good at explaining what she was doing and to be fair I have only been in for a cleaning and to have some work done. Other than the receptionist, the rest of the people working there didn’t seem to have much energy and interaction with the patients. I think it might be too early to write a fair review but my initial impression is what was written above.

I always have a complete cleaning and good dental care when I see Betsy. She is also a good listener and has the time to answer any questions I may have.

I've never been very fond of dentists and have tended to wait until there was a problem before going in. Dr. Peterson has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I appreciate the time she takes before a procedure to explain what she will be doing and afterwards to debrief me on what was done. The staff are just as excellent, from billing and appointments to the dental assistants - I just know that I am in good hands at this practice.

Worst experience. Everything was great with the 1st visit. Very detailed explanation. When I went in for work to be done so many things were done that cost me thousands of dollars. This dentist does things that are not necessary and that I never agreed to. I understand needing an extraction but I never agreed to the other items. Just awful! A scam artist! Dr. Oberly.

Stacy was our hygienist, and was very good. Would love to have her for every cleaning. Dr. Billiot seems very nice, think we are going to like her. Very friendly office enviornment.

I had an extraction done and Dr. Oberly performed it painlessly. The shots were pretty gentle too. I also like how he thoroughly discussed my options and his assistant offered good insight as well
