I love my doctor (monteilh) and wouldn't change specifically because of my doctor and her nurse. However it's difficult to talk to anyone if you have to call the office for routine things like appointments, etc.
The office staff is very difficult to talk to and make it very difficult to make/keep appointments.
I have to brag about Dr. A'Dair Herrington and her nurse Nicole. I switched to them after seeing a certain Doctor for 9 years and received the best service I've ever had in my life by any doctor or staff. Dr. Herrington has the best bed side manners, and takes her time answering all questions. Nicole always returns calls within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. Even the ladies at the check in and check out desk are phenomenal. I highly recommend Dr. Herrington to everyone.
Very efficient staff , very welcoming made my experience awesome it was my first time there....
