My pain and stiffness started 14 years ago. The first diagnosis I received was bicep tendonitis. This was not at oschner. I did physical therapy and it didn’t help much. I have chronic pain issues from chrons disease and female problems. Well following orders from my gyn, she said go to the er every single time so I did. Well Monday night I passed out from dehydration, they treated me good and everytime before they I was treated good. Dr. Williams and the entire staff are phenomenal. From scheduling to surgery the care was spectacular. My daughter and mom are patients and I have been extremely pleased with every interaction. The personalized ‘thank you’ is the icing on the cake. I’m hoping not to need them anytime soon but grateful to know where to go if I do!
DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!! On December 13, 2023, I went here for my annual labs. My PCP called the next day insisting that I go to the emergency room for IV infusions. I had dangerously low levels of sodium, my potassium and chloride were also low (all electrolytes). Well, all my labs were normal at the ER (Coolidge St) location. The PA that I saw in the ER told me it was an error. I asked if it was an error yesterday or today? She said she was not sure, but they had different diagnostic tools they could use to verify.
