Being a more age/mature patient, I had new patient jitters, but my 1st visit was great! Met NP, Brandi, who answered a variety of medical questions and was professionally informative! Office staffers were patient and customer supportive. I plan to return for next annual appt. and meet the doctor, himself. In the meantime, if I have questions, I’ll be grading the office and medical staff on their responses. As of today - gratefully impressed!!
Once you get past the phone area everything is great. The phone is barely answered. I just called in to pay a bill and it's pretty much impossible. We've had problems in the past where my wife had questions and no one answers. I believe that those who answer the phone genuinely do not care. Doctors are great. Nurses are great. Low performing office staff.
