Great experience! This is the first time that I'm buying my own home. I wasnt sure why I needed an inspector or what was going to happen once they began the inspection but Mr. Andy was nice and explained everything to me to help me be a little more comfortable with this process. Such a positive experience! Andy was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to like! I may need to buy another house just to hang out with him again! In all seriousness, this is the fourth home I've purchased and I've never had such a positive experience. Can't recommend them enough.
