The physicians here are wonderful! The majority of staff and even Anesthesia (Mike) are wonderful! However, they always have that one person who can make your experience terrible, and that person's name at this facility, is Kerry. She has as much empathy and compassion as a brick! Terrible bed side manners. Had she not been involved in my care there, they would have received a solid 5, but because of her, I can't give it. You people make a lot of money, hire a receptionist!!! Not every call is what you might expect. I don't want to participate in your system. I also expect better care. It shouldn't take over 12 weeks to figure out a problem. Now I'm having to travel to Baton Rouge for a solution.
Started off really good until I was told they can’t help me anymore. I was asking too many questions and apparently out of their scope which wasn’t. Then using “they can no longer help” to make it look like they did something for me. If I’m still having issues, then u didn’t help me. After this, I received a letter stating they can no longer see me. It’s sad a Dr can’t help further and do this. Then what they can do? Just an endo and give meds to see if it will work by trial and error? I’m truly disappointed. I had really li... read more

After many years of exceptional service, I’m sorry to say that is no more. 1st appt promised, specially pharmacy meds-they weren’t ordered. A procedure was scheduled. Procedure, advised stomach not connected correctly (never told this before) Advised, would order meds, not ordered again! Asked to repeat a 3-4 hour procedure Advised, barium swallow for small intestine Several other poor experiences later however today I was disappointed most, with the 3 calls, the wrong procedure scheduled and being told a Barium Swallow for ... read more
