Visited this place today to see Dr O and I was fine with her. She had a great bedside manner and seems to know her stuff compared to the reading I’ve done and other dr I have seen. The front office staff however leaves much to be desired. Rude, short and unfriendly. I was charged full price for an office visit even though I’m in their EPO network but they claim the website was down and they didn’t want to wait on the phone. The lady at the front was confrontational and seemed like she hated her job.
