Went to get glasses adjusted, the lady in front(forgive me don’t know her name) was very helpful, she didn’t rushed and she made sure I didn’t leave until my glasses were adjusted accordingly.
I called and scheduled a routine appointment. The lady assured me they were in network. I made sure to ask several times for my free routine exam. I got to the appointment checked in with my insurance card waited for 10 mins to be see. I went through the entire exam only to find out at the end, They are not in network. They told me I owed 174. Ridiculous. I should have been told before the exam that they were not in network. I would have left and went somewhere else. I hope the doctor knows this is whats happening but I doub... read more
