My initial impression upon touring the property was that the grounds are well maintained, flower beds are colorful, pool was sparkling, and the office was well decorated and clean. After renting my townhouse, I began cleaning to unpack and was surprised to find the unit significantly cleaner than expected. Noisy. I live in the bottom apt. The management hasn't done much about the noise level above me. Not much on the contract about noise. I've complained so many times. Nothing has been done

This is an awesome place to live. MRS FANNY is hands down the most kindest, understandable, compassionate, and si much more property manager I've meet since moving to Calcasieu Parish along with the maintenance guys. Mr. Cowboy is very punctual and always have a great sense of humor. The place is quiet and the neighbors watch out for one another. 🤝🤝👐💯💯😚
