Mom is post hospital stay from LGHS , this home health agency was recommended. Likely because they are owned and operated by Lafayette General. Actual providers , nurses and therapist are GREAT; management/scheduling HORRIBLE. Diabetic with severe wound receives once a week wound care visit , your loved ones will be changing wound dressings and judging if there is improvement or decline . Avoid this agency due to scheduling and management. If you are stuck with them call Medicare or Insurance carrier
