I will be using them again We used Acadian for maintenance rodding of our main sewer line. The experience was great from the minute I made the initial phone call. The guys were on time and courteous and stuck to the initial estimate. I'll be using them in the future!
Great plumbing service I have been using Acadian Drain Cleaning for over 8 years now and have depended on them in some pretty dire situations - including sewer issues, washing machine overflows, various leaks and more. Dave is incredible and very practical - never recommending more than what really needs to be done. When we call with an emergency he will often come out himself. I have recommended Acadian to my neighbors and trust his recommendations of other contractors.
Professional work It was just a simple toilet clog, but it had defeated my plunger. David came over on time, calling 15 minutes before he got there, just to check in. He took his shoes off outside my door, without my asking. He fixed the clog in just a few minutes, then told me that I could buy the tool he was using for $40-50 at Home Depot. Positive experience Acadian quickly replaced my garbage disposal and fixed a leaking shower. I had no issues scheduling an appointment on short notice. Their staff was professional and courteous. Their plumbers are well trained, certified, and insured. I had a positive experience and would not hesitate to reach out to them for future plumbing needs.
