I’m was seen on time, very little wait. Lady doing hearing test was very pleasant and explained all processes. Very efficient visit and I confirmed hearing loss of higher frequency was confirmed.
Acadian hearing was the best and friendly experience I've had in a medical appointment the staff is so friendly and helpful from there first call for appointment setup till the last of 3 reminder calls to make sure you are ready. They knew me by name when I walked through the door and the wait time was under 10 minutes. The specialist are very polite and professional and explained to me my condition and all my options. I'm usually not a fan of medical appointments but this one was very nice and enjoyable
I was treated professionally and courteously. The Doctor explained everything after my hearing test.
Great group and amazing service
Numerous reminders prior and up to the scheduled appointment. Pre-filling out paperwork online prevented me from having to go to office early. Schedule appointment was on time with no wait time. Very professional and courteous service. Danny
