January 3, 2025 Needed an ambulance to drive me to Emergency at Cal Cam Hospital. I had a high fever and cough that was Influenza A. The first thing I noticed in the ambulance was the blinking florescent light over my head. It gave me a sick feeling. The second thing I noticed was how filthy the whole area was. Not only the floors but the walls and equipment. There was spilled fluid of some sort that was allowed to drip and dry across the back window. I use to like you guys but I wish I could give you zero stars.you transported my father to a nursing home in poor conditions after him waiting 8 hrs for you to pick him up. Never have I seen an 81 year old treated so poorly.
It's a shame this company has no compassion for patients, they refuse to bill properly and will not send related info to insurance after multiple attempts so they can get paid, yet they send users to collections because THEY DONT SEND PROPER BILLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES. At all cost walk to the ER before using this company as they don't provide genuine care.
