WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? We loved the kitchenette in the room, the maid who does a 5-star job every morning including folding the hand towel over the tub with a little bar of soap on the edge of the towel (very classy), cable tv with remote, beautiful view with biplanes taking off and landing nearby and a gorgeous mountain view! The Acadia Sunrise is an easy drive to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park (which has Cadillac Mountain and Sand Beach located within it). Best class service for the price! The room was very clean, cozy and peaceful with a wonderful view. The staff were extremely friendly, Kathrine suggested us with excellent local 'MUST TRY' sea food places and some 'MUST VISIT' scenic spots! Loved my stay and will definitely go back there anytime I visit the area.
THE single best hotel experience I've ever had. Every amenity that you could imagine and then some! Even a grill and bonfire pit for guests! The owner Katherine is very sweet, helpful, and relational. We dropped a prepaid/booked stay at another place just to stay here another night.
The owners are great people! Rooms are clean and well maintained. Nice little motel.
Much more than expected, very happy as soon as we opened the door. 2 queen beds, futon, kitchen area, so much space, not crowded in at all.
