RecommendedRooms were spacious and clean for the most part. We had two queens and a kitchenette. There was enough room to set up a air mattress for one of our kids. Grounds/pool were clean and well kept. Close enough to Acadia, Bar Harbor, restaurants, shops, etc. Our only complaint was with housekeeping not stocking coffee and coffee supplies. We were so busy that we didn't have a chance to discuss it with the owner until check out. the owner of this motel is the most kind hearted woman i have met recently. she takes pride in her property! Greeted me like i was family! i recommend this motel to anyone looking to feel welcome and comfortable!!!! 100 percent best motel staff around!!
Rooms are so spacious! They even brought an extra futon/bed to the room for my teenage son. Room was super clean! Staff pleasant. Nice tables to eat breakfast, etc. Plenty of ice to top off our cooler. Firepit outside was cool! Airport noise was not even an issue, we didn't hear anything. We walked across the street to have dinner, and there's also a small IGA food store next to that that we bought milk for our breakfast. We are very pleased with our stay! Would definitely recommend!
Great place to stay. Clean and staff is very nice!
My bf and I had a wonderful stay the rooms were clean, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The grounds were very clean it was nice to have the option to use the gas grills as well as the fire pit and pool. The pirate ship play area is perfect for families with children. The airport behind the hotel was a nice little bonus. We will definitely stay here again.
Queen Room is a bit snug. Traffic along US-3 makes left turns out of parking lot to head towards Mount Desert Island a challenge. Staff was friendly, although heat was turned completely off every time room was serviced. A confusion or error by the staff put us on the street about halfway through our stay, despite us presenting a printed record of our original confirmed reservation.
Great place to stay. Friendly staff and very helpful with directions and places to eat. Clean rooms, full kitchen, very close to national Park.
Great location, it was fun watching the planes at the airport next door. Very nice pool, clean and well kept. Room was also very clean, would stay there again.
