Worst Doctors office I’ve ever been too. It’s absolutely awful that Medicaid patients are forced to receive the worst healthcare imaginable. The staff is rude and the parking is absolutely horrendous. We had park two blocks over because the front end of my car would have been scratched and ripped clean off that’s how bad the parking was. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
(I am an hour +\- 30 minutes from the office.)I thought things would go smoothly with my first dermatologist, but she basically ghosted me and made properly managing my skin psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis very complicated. I was told to see a rheumatologist before making another appointment with my first dermatologist, but that was complicated by being unable to physically get my patient file from my first dermatologist. Worst medical clinic we have ever been too. They never ever answer their phones regardless if you leave a voicemail recording or even if they have their voicemail set up. We called to reschedule an appointment I literally called 100 times zero answer. Either the line is busy and or they blatantly don’t answer.
