This is my 3rd time using Acadia Shutters. Each of my experiences have been nothing but positive. This last time i started my experience with a different representative, Eric Peace. Eric contacted me before arriving on-time to our appointment and explained and showed me everything that I had requested. He was awesome to work with! The installation happened earlier than expected and the installer was fast, efficient and clean. Great company and great team members.
I just had shades and blinds for my new construction townhouse and my experience was great. Wil, the designer listened to my needs and desires, including my HOA rules, and proposed solutions that met my needs - I wanted high quality on a small budget. In fact, he explained relative costs with each suggestion. Then BJ came to install yesterday and did an amazing job. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands with both Wil and BJ and I'm very happy with the result.
Eric at Acadia shutters was helpful in our deciding of what blinds we needed for our home and well within in budget. He made what seemed a stressful project very easy! The blinds were custom to our windows and took about 3 weeks and install was a breeze. Will definitely use them again for anything window treatment needed!

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Peace (Sales) and David (Installer) for our blinds and wood shutter project. Eric works fast but took the time to address all our needs and concerns. We contemplated the colors for awhile...custom color match vs swatch match. Eric even came back out to go over the colors a second time because we were nervous about picking the wrong one.
