When you are the only game in town, you can treat 20 year customers like crap I guess. They don't care about the businesses they insure, but they care about their money. Big thumbs down!!
Lots of new hires this week which is extremely exciting because our insurance training program kicks off next week. I love giving young adults their first professional job out of college. They start out so excited and nervous; it's great to watch them grow into knowledgeable, confident businesspeople in just a few years.
