Front end staff is extremely rude and short. There is more rules to enter the building than the White House. The nurses tone is unfriendly and uninviting to say the least. I would look for another facility these ladies are super angry. They want to be left alone so they can sit behind the glass and chat personally business with one another. Truly disappointed with their service.
I have received wonderful care at Acadia Foot and Ankle. Office staff is lovely and Dr Kendall has made a huge difference in my foot pain.
Some people shouldn't work in jobs over their heads. If they can't conduct themselves in a professional manner. Especially if the job requires human interaction, then the staff should be kind, and welcoming. Or replaced.
Was referred there for a possible broken ankle. But apparently they don't do that. Was referred elsewhere. Lol. I don't know how that's not covered in thier name of foot and ankle..
I've been a patient for many years. I have had excellent care.
