I got the wrong gauge shotgun shells. Just wanted to exchange with receipt. They wouldn't do it.Now I'm very Leary of buying anything else from there.Was going to get a shotgun but... not now

Love this store. We’ve been there 4 or 5 times this Summer. Josey or Jocey. I can’t remember for sure is so very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back many more times.
Yesterday was my first time shopping here and the whole experience was fantastic. I went in looking for 3 specific items for my son that I had found on the website and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. They helped me locate the items and had employees in each section that was eager to help. Great selection and really good prices. I have been using a competitor since my son started sports but after yesterday I will be going to Academy first for all of my families needs. Thank you for the experience!
just want to thank the management at this store, we were broke down in your parking lot, we checked with the store managers if it was ok to stay the nite in the parking lot, and was helped the following day to recover our vehicle the people at this store were great thanks again
Overpriced, terrible customer service and now it appears absolutely insane and disgraceful employee policies that put the customers safety in jeopardy. Amazon it is.
So let's say the the manager let the thief LOAD the weapon with the amunition he was stealing and started KILLING Academy Customers. Instead of firing the manager we would be calling him a hero. Dang, the guy said he was going to "kill" somebody! The CEO should be giving him an award for risking his life to stop a potential killer, instead, he fires the guy. THIS ISN'T THE KIND OF PLACE I WILL EVER SPEND MY MONEY IN, I TRUST YOU WON'T EITHER!
