Shoe dept is terrible. Its not the selection of shoes, Its the 100% percent lack of help. As a matter of fact they actually dodge customers in the shoe dept. This isn't the first time ive had a problem there but it was the last time. Wont be back.
It was a nice store the only issue was the shoes were disorganized and a little hard to find.
The Macon store is misleading with their prices, went to purchase item , got to the register and it rings up different price. Should have been given the price that the tag says since it was the correct product. Make sure you check the prices before purchasing your items. They have lost yet another customer.
This store has the worst customer service from checkers to management walking in front of customers. The last 2 times we went in there it was a bad experience. The cashier at customer service was in a bad mood and cursing because she didn't get promoted. Well.... With a crap attitude like that I can see why. This time management actually walked in front of us cutting us off and giving crappy looks back when they walked past and the customer service had zero interaction with us other than saying "Thanks" with her bad attitude... read more
I don’t think I’ve ever met a more professional staff. Doug and Titus were absolute life savors this week. You will constantly have our business!!
