Premiere place for triathlon training in town. With Olympian swim coaches and two phenomenal pro triathletes my experience can only be described 5 star. The equipment is top notch with a beautiful 50 meter pool and Wahoo Kickrs for learning to cycle with power. I'm being pushed a perfect amount and have the two pros at my disposal for questions on just about anything. Whether a beginner or a veteran I have no doubt you will see gains in a short period of time here.

This facility is top notch. The coaches are Olympians and professional triathletes that know just how to make you faster! The prices are more than reasonable for the return. If you are looking for a place or coach to help with swimming or triathlon, stop and come here!! You won't be sorry. Excellent group!

I started swimming again a year ago after being on hiatus for about 30 years. I was lucky to find a good swim coach at my local YMCA but unfortunately, she no longer coaches at the Y through the Masters program so I needed to find a new place to swim for coached Masters workouts and AASA was it for me.
