Best facility on earth. To have this caliber of Pros teaching in one place is pretty insane. Natasha, Jeff, Brendon, and all coaches. Within 6 months, got a little faster than I used to be in my prime - training for years. The science of training, they got it dialed in. Wish I would have discovered low cadence work before!
