The return policy sucks, and it's a waste of time. If you purchase something with a debit card and return it, they won't give you cash back. What's the freakin difference. If you don't have the debit card they try to force in store credit, even though you don't want it.
What can I say very disappointing shoe department was a total mess. Boxes all over the floor boots in wrong boxes, had to buy boots that I didn’t want since the boots I wanted could not be found even if they showed in inventory.

I know it's not the cashiers fault but they need to get their prices together and updated. I had to get out of line so that I wouldn't be holding up the line thinking I was going to be next as soon as they got my pricing correct but noooo I had to start of at the back of the line again and only one cashier in the morning come on give me a break
