went in to look at firearms I wanted to buy one and after filling everything out was told i was denied no felony American citizen. they gave me a number that was fake as far as I'm concerned to deal with matter. when called back on what else I can do rhey hung up on me. terrible company in ways were dealt. since the number given was bogus in my opinion. teribble management and people training. oh yea same academy that sold me a handgun this year. but couldn't tell me how to fix since I know I'm not a felon.

Their spooling machine has been down for the last three months and all I ever here is they’re going to get it fixed or replaced. Honestly I’m changing to Bass pro shop for all my fishing needs. Tired of waiting!!!!!!
Apparently there’s some dress code or some kind of “look” customers have to have in order to get service at the gun area..... it takes two workers to take care of one customer and the other worker just looked at me funny and went and played with stuff on the shelves.

On 8/4/2020 at around 6PM there were over 60 people in line to check out and only 2 cashiers. The MOD was paged along with other cashiers and none of them ever showed. Seriously someone should be fired, it was that bad. The cashier had to leave her register to go and call out 3 other employees who are literally at the front of the store to come do their job and help as a cashier. This has become a major problem. The manager still had not shown up to the front by the time we got up to the register.....

My husband and I went to shop on July 13, 2020. I was told we could not enter the store due to medical conditions that we couldn’t wear a mask. This is not a law and is against American Disabilities Act. I called the store manager he said he had to do what his corporate office said due to Knoxville mandating the law or they would take their business license away. I could have placed an online order.
