The return policy sucks, and it's a waste of time. If you purchase something with a debit card and return it, they won't give you cash back. What's the freakin difference. If you don't have the debit card they try to force in store credit, even though you don't want it.
What can I say very disappointing shoe department was a total mess. Boxes all over the floor boots in wrong boxes, had to buy boots that I didn’t want since the boots I wanted could not be found even if they showed in inventory.
Asked for help to the girl in the front door needing some boxing gloves and waiting for over 10 mins and no one showed up to help me and I went two times to ask the girl to see if they had called someone to help me and noting got tried of waiting I asked the front girl for Corp number which she said she didn’t know it so then I asked for the store number and she didn’t know it niether like really get it together academy better customer service I guess I will take my money somewhere else
