The customer service is terrible!
The North Richland Hills location has the WORST customer service. Very unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful to its customers. We live closer to the the North Richland Hills location, but will drive to the Grapevine location to avoid the issues we encounter each time we visit. Today we went to Grapevine, found a shoe we wanted, but they were out of the size needed. They told us the NRH store had one pair in stock.
