Fabulous customer service from Kiera! I wanted to know if they would get more of an item in soon and she ordered it and had it shipped free to me the next day!
Terrible customer service waited over 7 min to only be hung up on.. whew glad I wasn't in the store I'd be in jail!!! Ghetto ghetto ghetto some people don't need to work with the public, an she/ it's one of!
I enrolled at this so called, "Academy", to pursue a higher education in Sports and Outdoors. After walking around the establishment, for what I thought was an entire semester, I realized I had not taken a single test or midterm. Obviously, I would not be ready for the final. I never once saw a sport being played and the store is not even outdoors! 10/10 would not recommend.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I placed an order through the store to be shipped to my house. Two weeks later nothing. Figured out they cancelled the ordered and never told me. Called the store Customer Service and spoke with Christina Phillips. She went above and beyond to help me! Thanks to her I was able to get my gift. I am not too happy with corporate and their lack of communication but their 280 store and employees are awesome and what is keeping me a customer!
I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever been the pleasure of receiving, ever, from this store. My husband found a gun safe online for sale that was only available in stores. We checked with this store and it said that they still had 3 in stock. We loaded up our 2 year old in our sedan and started the 30 min trip from our house to Academy. Your employees lack customer service skills. If they don't want to do their job one hour before you close then maybe you should close your store at 9pm instead if 10. Lost our business forever! That's a shame cause we buy a lot of athletic gear. #dickssportinggoodswilldojustfine
