We have an old English sheep dog who has been getting groomed here since she was younger, she is now over 12. They always make her look beautiful and she prances around like a princess with either new bows or a new bandana after each visit. We rescued a Lhasa apso almost 2 months ago and she is about to go in for her first visit Thursday. I can't wait to see how she does and how cute they make her look!

We have two wonderful dogs, Cockapoo & Berniedoodle and they are not always the best behaved but the groomers at Wagging Tail always do a great job in grooming them and treating them like their own babies! Our Cockapoo when ever she hears, "it's time for your hair cut" she just gets excited and wags her tail and is waiting by the car to go! Our Berniedoodle is huge but the biggest baby you will meet, afraid of hair dryer but he always loves going back to Wagging Tail and get his hair dried! #WaggingTail #TheBestDog #Place #D... read more

After years of using this service and putting up with the occasional minor cuts and scrapes on our pup because our family's little dog doesn't like the groomers and they always told us he was doing pretty well there, they call us today to cancel his upcoming appointment because the new groomer, who has never even seen our dog, won't take him. Why you ask? Because he tries to bite the brush when they're doing his face. Our dog is a little 14 lb Bichon mix who is 13 years old. Now they're claiming it's because his health is so... read more

Business response:

Mr Retone I spoke with Mrs Retone today to express my concern about the safety of grooming Biscuit. Mrs. Retone also agreed that the family, including herself could not attempt to get a brush near Biscuit's face. I understand the frustration but there is no need for false accusations of cuts and scrapes on Biscuit. At 13 years of age, Biscuit no longer tolerates grooming and tries to bite at anything including scissors, combs, clipper blades, brushes. We take pride in our work and safety of the pets entrusted to our care. We... read more
