Sorry, I was scrolling thru the reviews & hit the 5 stars. I can't delete them & didn't want to leave one star. I am actually looking for a groomer closer to home, we currently go to Scottsdale. We have not been to the Academy, but based on the reviews, we will have to make an appt.

The workers there knew how I wanted my dog groomed, the way I wanted him groomed and they also knew what shampoo I wanted them to use and not to put any fragrances like perfume on him because he is allergic.
