I just started about 4 weeks ago taking Krav classes with my mom and truly enjoy going it makes me feel good its a great work out and the Instructions are amazing very personable and take the time to teach you the right technique. I also started the Cross Pit classes and I'm addicted it's the hardest work out I've ever done but so worth it you may be sore for 4 days but you want to go back :). Glad I found this place.
Great workout. Awesome teachers. Best place to learn self-defense in the Bay Area. Go ask for Pepper, he is the man!
Everyone is awesome there, and they teach you how to kick @ss, what's not to love? Plus, the owner and the manager both treat every day like it's "bring your dog to work" day, and it's awesome to see a giant german shepherd and a tiny chihuahua mix who are best friends. Ten thousand, four hundred and twenty-eight stars
