What an incredibly healing atmosphere and staff. I first attended the reiki level 1 work shop last January. I immediately new as soon as I spoke with Grace she could help me on this journey of healing. I've met so many beautiful souls that I now call my friends in the amazing workshops that are held at AHA! This has been the best gift I have ever given to myself. I highly recommend you experience your own AHA! moment.
I attended the Vision Board Workshop this afternoon. The experience was perfect in every way. Grace brought such warmth and encouragement as I delved into bringing forth my creativity and ability to bring forth my vision for myself. Thank you Grace for being there today providing a peaceful place to learn something about ourselves. The food was deliciously perfect and the space stunningly grand and beautiful. I look forward to attending other classes, workshops that come up. ��
