I always feel so much better after visiting AHA, no matter what type of session I have. These guys really care about your WHOLE self. I have worked the most with Jason; he is very attentive to your needs.

I've been searching for years, across multiple states, for a place just like this. How serendipitous it was in my preverbal backyard.
This is such an amazing place with amazing loving souls. Iove Grace and Jason. I have taken Reiki 1&2. Kriya Yoga, chakra dancing and signed up for Reike 3. I love it here. They have helped so much with my spiritual growth. :)
Great massage and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.
