Definitely never returning here. I booked over the phone and arrived with me, my sister and my mother and my baby. Upon arrival they let us upstairs to begin our three pedicures. Halfway through the service, a lady came up and told me I had to leave with my baby and that the school wasn’t insured to have a baby. That’s fine but maybe your staff should understand the policy before you allow me to begin half of a service and then kick me out with my baby. Our family has been going to AOE for over four years, but the past year has been nothing short of a disaster. The decline in service quality is shocking — every appointment has been worse than the last. We're not demanding and understand that they are students, but at this point, it's clear this place has completely lost its way.
