Academy of Athletics provides a 10/10 personal training experience. The gym itself has every doohickey you can imagine to see real gains in your overall health and stamina-- promoting connective tissue growth just as much as targets. The owner Ashley is a wonderful trainer. Her plans will challenge you and if they don't she will sense it and make it so, even on a session-to-session basis. Such an awesome gym! Unfortunately, we only got to do the one week trial. We used the gym equipment on our own, did a group boot camp workout, and a kickboxing lesson there. Ashley was super friendly, fun, and motivating. We felt very welcome into the gym and there was very good energy. She continued to check in and follow up during the trial and never once did it feel invasive - it was always a pleasant conversation - no used car tactics, no fluff. I've been a member here for a few months now. I was nervous about going to a gym and starting a new workout program as I didnt know what to expect, and I wasn't very confident in my fitness level.
