Academy of Athletics provides a 10/10 personal training experience. The gym itself has every doohickey you can imagine to see real gains in your overall health and stamina-- promoting connective tissue growth just as much as targets. The owner Ashley is a wonderful trainer. Her plans will challenge you and if they don't she will sense it and make it so, even on a session-to-session basis.
