Matthew Wright and Stacy Bybee made the whole process very easy and low stress for me. They kept me informed all along the way and were extremely helpful and patient with my questions.
I'd give 2 1/2 stars if it would let me. The people were great to work with. Upfront and honest, told me what I needed to get the loan going and once I got it to them it was a breeze. Not very good with keeping me informed of the loan process, but I figure no news is good news right? Reason for the 2 1/2 star review is they sold my loan to Wells Fargo of all banks (after assuring me at closing they were most likely going to keep the loan). Everyone was really great to work with. They answered all our questions, and explained things in a way we could understand, which was a big thing for us first-time homebuyers :) I do recommend Academy Mortgage to all my friends who are starting to look for a house!
Lynnae was extremely helpful for us being first time home buyers. She treated us very well and highly recommend her.
Debbie Bowden and her processor Jenny Morris were amazing...both always answered their phones, resolved concerns, met all deadlines. ..extremely impressed with Academy Mortgage! Highly recommend!
Lyanne was fantastic. I'm a very demanding person and Lyanne was there to answer all my questions. I appreciated when we first met she wasn't 100% sure on a question so she researched and got back to me that same night. Being able to to communicate with the Lyanne every time I had questions was a great plus. I hate getting different people everytime I need to contact someone as they will not know my current situation wasting my time updating them.
Miss Lynnae is on top of her game! She knows the mortgage field inside out along with her team. She has even taken the time, after hours,! to answer all my continuous questions;)
