Academy Mortgage failed to approve my home purchase loan in a timely manner, which had to be done within the standard 3 weeks, following purchase contact acceptance. Mind you, I provided to them all the requested documents within 24 hours upon their requests. Academy mortgage was a blessing to our family! They took a really bad situation and turned it into a the best situation possible. After my lending fell through with a previous lender academy picked up the pieces and quickly through our loan together and got us approved and closed on our house in 3 weeks! Marcy and her team at Academy Mortgage were AMAZING! It was so easy to work with them as everything was done online but we could always get in touch with Marcy or any of her team members whenever we had questions (on weekends and holidays as well!). Outstanding service and will definitely recommend them to anyone else shopping for houses!

I can't recommend Academy Mortgage enough. They went above and beyond in their service to our family. A surprise dream home came on the market and we were scrambling to get pre-approved on SUNDAY. Academy Mortgage was able to come through with our pre-approval letter so we could put in a winning offer. If it weren't for Academy Mortgage we probably would have missed the deadline. After the mortgage was written and we closed, we even received a couple of nice welcome home gifts. It's small things like this you simply do not find with a national lender. Kim made my experience as a first time homebuyer so easy! She was very thorough and efficient and walked me through the process step by step. She even remembered that I have strange working hours and tried to schedule her communication around the times I was off work.
