I was so impressed with Donna Doutre! She was so amazing throughout the process. She went above and beyond what I have experienced before. She also just had a calming personality. Buying a home is scary but every time I talked with her I felt better. She is one of those people that makes you feel confident that they know how to help you every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about her!

In addition to Bill's awesome radio-announcer-like voice, and his very appreciated constant follow-up and great communication skills, Bill bent over backwards to get me the best rate possible for my new home. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone asking for a referral to a good mortgage broker!

Bill was willing to accommodate us in every fashion to help with our home. Our closing date was bumped up by a week, and Bill came to our home to make sure we were taken care of and that everything was done in time, rather than making us scramble to get to his office (due to the time crunch.) We couldn't have asked for better service.
