I worked with Jon Maguire and his team. My entire process from going under contract on the home to having my loan approved in time for closing took less than a month. The team even went out of their way when I requested to close a week earlier than originally asked. This group gets things done. Everyone involved was incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with.
My loan officer,Scott C., stayed in touch with me throughout the loan processing period, and answered any/all questions that I had! He really cares about his clients/buyers!
I have worked with Joe to purchase 2 homes. He is a very dedicated and timely professional who really is customer oriented. I will always recommend him for any mortgage services. Joe is an exceptionally talented and trustworthy individual.
I felt like Jon and his team really went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction throughout the mortgage process. Also, as a first time home buyer, I didn't ever feel like I was asking a stupid question, even if it was something that may have come across as a naive request.
I am all about customer service. Each time I contacted Cameron or Sean (no longer employed by Academy) they were both extremely fast to respond. The entire process was pretty smooth. My only suggestion would be to not involve so many people in the process because my paperwork kept getting misplaced and I had to resubmit multiple documents twice. I am super pleased with my experience and I would use Academy again!
Very unprofessional. Does not return calls or emails to clients or agents. Does not do anything they say and frankly doesn't care. Do NOT give these people your business. They won't get it done for you anyway.
