They just want your application money and I'm pretty sure they're either selling or scamming with your information. Do NOT waste your time applying here. I repeat THIS is a RENTAL SCAM. They collect your info and then pretend like something from your app is missing or wasn't sent properly and you need to come in and bring it BEFORE you are approved. Applied here a month ago. Haven’t heard anything back which makes me think they don’t have availability but will still take your money. I’ve had to call about every two weeks to get some sort of update on my application and still no concrete answer on if I will be approved or not. They do answer the phone and are courteous BUT it shouldn’t take this long.
