Cynthia was amazing with our little man today! As a 27-weeker who's now over 3, he has been through his fair share of medical procedures, and has oral aversions and a good deal of anxiety around laying down on any medical table or chair. While this was his 3rd or 4th visit, it was our first one in the 'big room' and that had its own set of challenges. But Cynthia was patient and gentle (and graciously offered a bribe that did the trick), and spoke directly to him. Thank you!!!
Academy Kids dental and vision are the best doctors and nurses!!!!!! Each and every nurse we come in contact with is sweet, professional and great with kids. A lot of times, when you have medicaid, medical staff will treat you badly, or act bothered with you, that has NEVER once been the case at Academy Kids Dental. Staff was very friendly. They worked quickly and were very good with my young children.
the staff is very nice and super patient with the children! the atmosphere is my favorite part of it, it makes going to the dentist FUN. a couple of years ago, bringing my son to the dentist was a nightmare, but after I brought him here, now he's excited for his appointments!
When I was bringing my kids here some of the staff was nice but for the most part I was deffinately not impressed seemed very disorganized and almost a zoo I understand parents that have multiple kids like to get all of their kids done at one time but academy kids doesn't get the kids in in a timely manner takes almost three quarters of a day to get three kids done and I dnt think they are very thuro in the kids exams I have sense gone to a new dentist with my kids, I and my kids are all happy with the new dentist I think pl... read more
My daughter has been going to this dental office since she was little. We just came back into the state, after being gone a couple years. My daughter asked to come back to Academy Kids Dental, for her next upcoming due dental visit. She feels comfortable here & Academy Kids Dental makes each visit fun! This office is friendly & efficient in taking care of all my daughters dental needs. We are much appreciated!
I have been taking my son to Academy dental on Austin Bluff and the staff is always friendly specially Tiffany she always has a smile on her face and she's VERY VERY nice and she also took very good care off my son teeth.
The staff is always friendly. The front play area is always well kept, and my son loves to meet new friends and play while we wait to be seen. Most appts are pretty awesome for my son and I both; even when he's had to stay for a cavity filling. Happy and bright staff, who speak with you and not at you or above you. I do definitely recommend this particular Academy Kids Dental.
My son went in for his first procedure today aside from the regular cleanings. He was nervous and scared and teared up but the ladies working with him were great and made him and me feel very comfortable and confident. They talked him through everything and remained very patient with him. The entire team was amazing! I appreciate this more than you know.
