Bad customer service – I had the worst experience here I had to not only wait long to get a quote but also the girls that attended me were totally unprofessional looking weren't to sure how to explain what coverage they were selling me. They seem to not be very knowledgeable in insurance nor how to treat a customer all they seem to be concern about is charging you a high broker fee then slowly bringing it down by alleged discounts, when the truth is the more you seem not convinced the better the price gets. Too big – I had a complicated situation and asked to speak with the owner. The front desk gave me a phone number that led to an always-full voicemail. When I aksed them if there was another number, they said that was the only one they had. My advice to others: Use an insurance agency where the agent's name is on the door, and you can speak to him or her if you ask to, instead of getting a run around.

Very poor custumer service – I don't recomend anybody to deal with company I been to the one in pico rivera howthorne and bellflower and they are all the same lazy, they also mix my paper work with someone else paper work,the dmv send me a letter of cancellation cause of this company if you don't problems stay away from academy insurance

VERY POOR – This buisness has a very poor customer service, specialy with the front desk personal. Front desk personal should have a smile when greating the customers, customers should feel welcome. Do keep in mind that whom ever is in the from desk is the one that represents the company. I will not go back to this buisness.
