Used their plumber and he created more work for me after he was done. Set me back weeks on my bathroom remodel. Price was also about $180 more then I was told it would be. Never again!
Customer service is terrible. Make an appointment and rearrange my work schedule to fit this appointment, only to have them cancel. Re-schedule appointment with time window between 8-9 and they don't show up. Was told they be here by 9:30, still no show at 10:00. When you get one day off from work to get things done and you can't because you are on hold for someone to come out and fix what needs to be fixed! Terrible. Should be negative stars!
