I normally do not leave reviews.. but this online real estate course is HORRIBLE. I have officially been scammed and I wouldn't have thought it would've been through an ONLINE REAL ESTATE COURSE. They do not explain ANYTHING, AT ALL. I literally paid a few hundred dollars just to "choose the right or wrong answer". ZERO EXPLANATIONS.. this school only show you ONE sentence to read from. I highly recommend AREEC to anyone pursuing their real estate license. Tom & Dean both are highly experienced in both practicing real estate and teaching. While it takes many hours of hard work, dedication and determination to become a licensee, Tom & Dean create an environment for the students of AREEC which transcends the typical classroom setting. It is an enjoyable, interactive experience for those that apply themselves and are hungry to succeed in a career as a Realtor.
I would recommend this class to anyone interested in obtaining their real estate license. Tom is very thorough and helps you relate the information to actual Savannah situations. He is easy to listen to and to follow. His knowledge of real estate and the market is second to none!
AREEC has two GREAT teachers! Tom is a wonderful teacher. He knows how to speak to all types of learners. He cares about your success and is there to guide you whenever you need it. Dean has a great sense of humor that keeps classes very interesting. After selling for years, he draws on his experience to give real life examples. You will be in good hand in either of their classes
