1st time seeing Dr Floyd and I was extremely pleased with his bedside manners and professionalism . Gina and Pauline were outstanding. Pauline's sense of humor and music taste was fantastic. Glad I chose this clinic !!

I had a very disappointing experience at Academy Foot and Ankle, Flower Mound office. I was recommended orthotics and I specifically asked about insurance coverage. I was ensured that they were covered 100%. Based on that information, I moved forward with their recommendation. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely inaccurate. I later received a bill for several hundred dollars because the services were not covered as I had been told.
