Dr.Floyd is great. I had a small procedure done on my foot and he did an excellent job. He is kind and patient. Prices are very reasonable as well. I have seen some reviews talking negatively about the staff, but I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there.
Dr Scott Floyd is great, BUT the office staff is not! They do not return messages from the patient OR pharmacies, you cannot call the Flower Mound office directly, and rarely get a person to answer.
This place is a scam, they took the insurance and made me pay saying “your insurance isn’t covering the service you must pay” So I paid and kept an eye on my insurance claim, insurance covered everything” so they charged me and insurance. I called them and it took them forever to process the refund. If you ever been in the situation like this I recommend checking your insurance and getting your money back.
Dr. Floyd performed my minor procedure. Brief synopsis: - low cost, high value care - skilled doctor; self-assured but not arrogant - exceptional bedside manor - Routine outpatient procedure with no discomfort - concise and efficient visit but didn’t feel rushed. - Recovery was consistent with the timeline provided by the physician - Strongly recommend for comprehensive foot health services
